Terms and Conditions For Costume Hire
Party wear hire charge is from £21.00 per 24 hours excluding Sundays, with a £50.00 returnable deposit.
Uniform hire is from £28.00 per 24 hours excluding Sunday, with a £55.00 returnable deposit.
Proof of identity WITH ADDRESS is needed for all hire items.
A charge of £15.00 will be made for every day a costume is overdue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the costume fits. Costumes will not be exchanged or money refunded once goods have left our premises, regardless of the amount of time elapsed.
Costumes remain the property of Let’s Party at all times. Any damage to costumes, however caused will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will be paid for by the customer. The amount to be decided by Let’s Party.
Costumes cancelled more than fourteen days before the function incur a charge of £5.00. Costumes cancelled more than seven days before the function incur a charge of £10.00. Costumes cancelled within seven days of the function incur the full hire charge.
All credit card deposit payments will be issued with a credit card voucher for AUTHORISATION ONLY When returning the costume as long as there is no payment to be deducted for damage or late return cheque and cash deposits or the Let’s Party copy of the authorisation will be returned to the customer.
